About Dr. Lowry
Entering healthcare after being trained as a mechanical engineer, I bring a unique perspective to musculoskeletal care. This perspective results in an analytical, attention to detail combined with a commitment to quality improvement activities. I strive to bring the latest, state of the art orthopedic techniques to my patients, and demonstrate this commitment by being double Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Additionally, I am committed to healthcare quality improvement by maintaining broad involvement in local, regional, and national volunteer activities, which include quality improvement, orthopedic performance measurement, and interactions/consultations with government agencies.
Beyond patient care and orthopedic surgery, I am married with two children. We enjoy the outdoors (Snow skiing, water skiing, soccer, sailing, biking, hiking, boating), gourmet cooking, and musical exploration.
